We are seeing a significant shift in the market as the result of the shift from the economy due to the CoronaVirus, and obviously that is a really bad thing for some people that is really scared.

Now, if I could show you some on GOOD news on that, the fact that the economy goes down, that’s when the people will lose the riches or gain the riches. 

When you go back throughout the time, that’s when the people really create WEALTH. There were times of significant economic downturn. 

SO… If you are somebody that has an ASSET, CASH & INCOME coming in right now, that is more than what you need to spend for your day to day living. 

It will really be a great thing to consider in regards to investing in real estate TODAY, because, 10 years ago, in 2008 & 2009, was the last time that there’s this BIG opportunity. 

If I had one regret, 15 years ago, in my business development, I didn’t BUY every single property that I can actually buy during those times

TODAY… you have that same chance. If you would buy all those properties in 2009 and sell it after 10 years, you would have been VERY wealthy. AND… you actually have that opportunity NOW.
