Are You Missing Blind Spots in Your Business?

Today, Mark Davis joins me to discuss blind spots.

When you think about blind spots, typically you think about not being able to see something behind you in your car. There could be something dangerous in your blind spot that you’re not seeing.

When it comes to your business, you should be aware of certain blind spots. There could be something dangerous that you can’t see but others can. Mark is a huge advocate for coaching, because your coach will be able to guide you through those blind spots.

A great coach, like a MAPS coach, will follow your every step and point out things you might have missed in your business. One thing Mark struggled with was treating commitment casually. He didn’t realize that he lacked that sense of urgency until a coach brought it to his attention. Your coach will be honest about that blind spot so you don’t miss out on opportunities to grow your business.

YOU MIGHT NOT SEE A PROBLEM IN YOUR BLIND SPOT, BUT A COACH CAN.

If you’re an agent and want to identify those blind spots, stop by our market center at 6408 Grovedale Drive for a free consultation. Mark will sit down with you to give you some advice and coach you through whatever problems you’ve been having.

To contact Mark, you can give him a call at (703) 562-1805 or send him an email at MarkDavis@KW.com. As always, if you have any questions for me, give me a call or send me an email. I would be happy to help you!
