Sell Your Home Fast!

What does it mean to sell your home fast as it is?

Selling your home fast as-is means you won't repair or improve the property before you sell it, and you won't pay any repair costs for the buyer either.

That's a common question that I get from about 1/3 of the sellers I work with. And the answer to that question is - yes! However, you can sell it as is, depending on what's happening in the marketplace.

What does that mean for you?

To learn what it does mean for you to sell your home fast, watch my video as a resource.

You're going to have maybe a different offer so that you may have a less advantageous outcome because of the home buyers coming in, and they're not able to get the home and good repair.

Then they're going to negotiate that down in the price; most likely, they'll pay less.

One of the promising strategies we've seen is to allow the buyer to come in with a home inspection for informational purposes only.

This allows them to protect their interest and give you a brief window of how long they can get the inspection - 3 days after ratification.

That is 3 days after you guys agree to sell, and then at the end of that 3 days, they either say:

"Yes!"

"I'm moving forward."

"No."

They're not going to come back and ask you to do any repairs. That's a way we can sell your home fast as-is and at the highest price, the highest profit, and the most money in your pocket with the least hassle!

So, if you are selling your house as-is feels like the right choice, follow these four home selling tips for a smooth and successful sale.

  • Negotiate with your real estate agent

  • Be upfront and honest with property disclosures.

  • Keep it as clean as possible.
