What Scares Millennial Real Estate Buyers?

Trust is a really important concern when it comes to Millennial Buyers these days. Studies suggest that trust and knowledge are the number one thing that millennials choose when working with an agent.

Here are some of the questions you may ask your agent to know if you can trust him/her.

  • Ask for the records of success.

  • Ask how many people are you able to help in the past.

  • Ask for the references, ask who they have worked within the past.

  • Ask how they will be able to help you.

Your agent or future agent should be able to consult you regarding the following

  • If the market is going up or down

  • Market place

  • Market statistics

  • Interest rates

The right agent should be able to ask you a lot of questions such as

  • Why do you want to buy a home?

  • What is it that your dream home?

  • When you buy that home, what does that mean for you concerning your life being significant? In regards to you attain a level of satisfaction, you have been able to achieve a dream of being a homeowner rather than a renter. You are now paying your mortgage instead of somebody else’s mortgage.

These are some of the things the agent asks you and advise you about the marketplace for you to know if you can rely on him/her.
