  • Ask for the references, ask who they have worked within the past.

  • Ask how they will be able to help you.

Your agent or future agent should be able to consult you regarding the following

  • If the market is going up or down

  • Market place

  • Market statistics

  • Interest rates

The right agent should be able to ask you a lot of questions such as 

  • Why do you want to buy a home?

  • What is it that your dream home?

  • When you buy that home, what does that mean for you concerning your life being significant? In regards to you attain a level of satisfaction, you have been able to achieve a dream of being a homeowner rather than a renter. You are now paying your mortgage instead of somebody else’s mortgage.
