With the pandemic, we see the movement of people, specifically millennials, outside the urban areas. It became a trend for Millennials to go out into suburban areas and even into rural areas.
It makes complete sense that people are trying to avoid areas with a massive population. After all, the pandemic puts the urban areas at much risk because of its higher density population, which gives millennials the idea of moving out to places with lower density because it's much safer.
